I can not recommend this book. I have 12 years of experience in this industry and I bought this book to share with my new employees. From the moment I started to read it I knew something was wrong. Even the simply and common terminology was misunderstood by the author. He writes about “none qualified” as a category when it is actually “Non Qualified”. If you want to learn about this business do yourself a favor and read one of the many trade publications. Good luck!
