Where can I set up a low cost, no monthly fee third party merchant account for infrequent users?

I make several sales a month, so I would like to be able to accept credit card payment using interent account, and no terminal is needed. However, I found most third party merchant require some monthly fee, and I can not afford it. Anybody knows such accounts which require no monthly fees? Thanks!

Online merchants won’t accept my debit card?

My account has money, I don’t have any spending limits, and when I try to purchase something from an online vendor I get error messages like “this transaction couldn’t be processed” or “we were unable to process your credit card payment.” I’ve ordered from both these sites a few months ago with the same card and they’ve worked.
