If merchant won’t complete a transaction, does that mean the sale is void?
I bought some stuff online with a credit card, and it has been a while, the status of the transaction in my bank account is still pending. If the merchant won’t complete the transaction, does that mean the sale is void? Therefore I won’t get my stuff? What can I do to get my stuff if that’s the case?(I think they won’t complete it was intentional, cuz it was really a good deal for me, apparently not for them, so they regret it. Can they?)
