i dont have a paypal account, but i want to buy a phone on ebay….. i have a pre-paid visa gift card but the
merchant says they only accept payment through paypal does that mean i cant buy that item unless i have a paypal account???

My account has money, I don’t have any spending limits, and when I try to purchase something from an online vendor I get error messages like “this transaction couldn’t be processed” or “we were unable to process your credit card payment.” I’ve ordered from both these sites a few months ago with the same card and they’ve worked.
