I am a small business owner, and hate to use the land line since I am constantly moving, but one the other hand, I must accept the credit card (visa, and Mastercard), like to find a good, low cost solution for credit card processing through my celluar phone, the volumn is not high, at max to about 25 times per day.
By my understanding, dail the 800 number and talk to the 800 service is all what the credit card terminal need to do with the
merchant service, so if I can use the current credit card terminal plus a converter which can convert the phone jack to import the terminal line to my celluar line, it should ok.
Please share me with your experience and advices. Thanks.

My company is being sued for a large amount of money. I don’t have any assets in the name of my company and tax id number other than the checking/
merchant accounts. These accounts don’t have a lot of money in them but all my income moves through them. If worse comes to worse and I get some judgement against the company can they somehow tap into these accounts? If so, should I try to change them in some way? One is with a bank and I believe it technically has my corporate tax id (used to be so i could cash biz checks). The other is with Paypal – so kind of remote. In my name and I have my company name on there too. Thanks for any advice and please be specific!
and no foolish answers PLEASE. I’ve already researched “piercing the veil” and if you really know what that is you’ll know it’s NOT the case here. It’s hard to prove AND I have not committed any fraud by simply using corporate checking accounts to pay off MOSTLY business debts with. I do with someone would explain the whole “freeze” thing. How can your checking accounts be “frozen” just because there is a judgement? I really thought only the IRS could do such things?

I received a phone call stating that my business had received a negative rating from a customer on yahoo/google and to go to
merchant circle.com. I have regestered but can’t find any reveiws or responces.
anyone know anything about this?

Basically, I am a
merchant that operates a fee-based membership organization. Usually clients give me debit or credit cards, but today a new client gave me her savings account number to debit from each month and she didn’t have a debit card or a checking account. Can I do this using paypal or some virtual terminal? Please help.
